We use Microsoft Clarity on public pages to understand page use, scrolling and clicks and improve the site. Clarity operates here without analytics or advertising cookie consent, with limited cookieless measurement. Creating a report stores your contact details and property address for 30 days. Public mapping and records services receive the property location to retrieve evidence. The report writer receives property evidence, not your name, email or phone. Your private report link grants access to its holder; share it only with people you choose. Report checkout is currently a sample walkthrough and does not collect payment.
